1. Order Processing Time (Turnaround Time)

• Standard / In-Stock Items: Orders containing ready-to-ship items (sticker sheets, notepads, pens, and washi tape) are prepared and packed within [3-5 business days].

• Handmade & Made-to-Order Items: Pieces that require handcrafting, assembly, or curing (such as handmade charms, keychains, custom planners, or resin-sealed accessories) take [5-8 business days] to prepare before dispatch.

• Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

• Note: If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

A Note on Untracked Letter Mail (Sticker Orders):

To offer the most affordable shipping for small items like individual sticker sheets, we offer an untracked stamped letter mail option. Because this method uses standard postal stamps, tracking is not provided, and delivery cannot be monitored in real time. For peace of mind and guaranteed delivery tracking, we always recommend selecting USPS Ground Advantage.

3. Packaging & Protection

​

We take extreme care in packing your paper goods and handmade accessories:

• Flat Paper Goods & Prints: Shipped in rigid cardboard mailers or backed with heavy chipboard inserts inside water-resistant envelopes to prevent bends and creases during transit.

• Charms, Pins & Bulky Items: Individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap or padded pouches and shipped in bubble mailers/boxes to guard against crushing or transit stress.

 

4. Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your package is packed and labeled, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the postal carrier to scan the parcel into their system and update the tracking status.

• If your tracking status reads "Delivered" but your parcel has not arrived, please wait 24 hours (carriers often mark items delivered prematurely when loading them onto delivery trucks), check with household members/neighbors, or contact your local post office branch.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

• If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email us at contactmakebelievellc@gmail.com immediately. We will gladly correct it if your order has not yet been processed.

• If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your goodies arrive damaged due to transit handling, please contact us within [3-5 days] of delivery at contactmakebelievellc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and outer packaging. • Lost or Stolen: Once a package is scanned into the postal carrier's possession, transit times and carrier delays are beyond our direct control. If your tracked package has stopped moving for more than 15 business days, please contact us so we can help open an inquiry or search with the carrier.
